Changed your mind? If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it for a full refund to your original payment method. To cancel, email support@akkoniq.com with your order number. We will confirm the cancellation and process your refund within 3 business days.
If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may still return it under the terms below.
Return Conditions
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method, subject to the following conditions:
Return period: Items must be returned within 90 days of delivery. EU consumers retain their statutory 14-day right; we grant an extra 76 days as goodwill.
Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and with all original packaging materials and accessories included.
Exclusions: Discounted items, final sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., a defective or incorrect item was sent).
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at returns@akkoniq.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item(s).
Securely package the item(s) and include a copy of your order confirmation, the RAN, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process the refund or exchange within 7 business days. If the item(s) meet the return criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or provide store credit or an exchange as requested.
We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet our return policy requirements.
Refund Processing
Refunds for cancellations are processed within 3 business days.
Refunds for returned items are processed within 7 business days of receipt and inspection.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Lifetime Warranty
Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural failures for the usable life of the product, excluding normal wear-and-tear, misuse, or cosmetic damage. Claims require proof of purchase. For full details, see our Lifetime Warranty page.
